2 arrested in burglary of OU coach's Norman home

NORMAN, Okla. — Police in Norman say two suspects have been arrested for the burglary of the home of University of Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops.

Stoops' home was burglarized early Wednesday morning with cash, a phone, credit cards and a vehicle stolen from the property. No injuries were reported.

Police told reporters that video surveillance at Stoops' property recorded two suspects at the scene and that a later video from a local business showed the same two suspects trying to use a credit card that was stolen from the home.

Police say one suspect was arrested Saturday and that another suspect is in custody.

Online court records do not show any charges have been filed in the case and police say that more arrests are possible.
