Arrests Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Richard Eugene McGarrah, 38, of U.S. 62 in Gateway was arrested Friday in connection with felony failure to appear.

McGarrah was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Javier Becerra-Mota, 40, of 1901 W. Shady Grove Road D26 in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with forgery in the second degree. Becerra-Mota was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Daren Mauricio Salinas, 23, of 4313 S.E. Fields St. was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member or terroristic threatening in the first degree. Salinas was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Lazaro Torres, 18, of 1290A Tolleson Loop in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

Bernardo Diaz-Quintana, 26, of 2407 Toni Ave.

was arrested Thursday in connection with a felony parole violation.

Diaz-Quintana was in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday on the parole violation.

Floyd H. Butler, 22, of 4049 N. Johnell Drive No. 3 in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with a felony Washington County warrant for parole violation, failure to register as a sex offender, misdemeanor obstruction of governmental operations and a Springdale warrant for failure to pay fines and costs.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Victoria Bouska, 24, of 4313 Warner Ave. in Cleveland, Ohio, was arrested Friday in connection with felony charges involving two counts of forgery and two counts of theft of property. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

Marcus Broadway, 23,of Marianna was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Thursday.

Accident Rogers

A single-car accident left a vehicle on its side and boulders in the roadway at Pleasant Grove and Dixieland roads early Thursday. The woman driving the car declined medical attention.

Fire alarms sounded just before 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Frank Tillery Elementary School, 211 S. Seventh St., because of construction dust.

Century Drive, reported a burglary on Thursday. Two laptops, money and a safe were stolen, Summery told police.

Heather Anderson, Tontitown, reported a theft Thursday after a credit card was charged at A. J. Discount Storage, 2600 N. 24th St., in Rogers.

David Breece, 1415 W.

Olive St., reported theft Thursday after paying $500 toward tickets for the canceled Trek Expo in Tulsa, Okla.

Regions Bank, 2350 W. Hudson Road, reported a woman attempting to pass fraudulent checks on Thursday.
