THE ROARING TWENTIES GALA ARKANSAS PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA 2 6 p.m. - The Roaring Twenties Gala to benefit the Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra will be at Teatro Scarpino in Fayetteville. Guests are encouraged to dress as a gangster, silent film star or flapper.
