Arkansas State Police

• Gina Herbert, 51, of 1592 N. Fieldstone Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony driving while intoxicated, drugs. Herbert was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

Fayetteville

• Nehemiah Hicks, 29, of 1193 S. Oleander Lane was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault and domestic battery in the third degree. Hicks was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.

Rogers

• Cody Lee Bell, 32, of 63 Sydney in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault. Bell was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Tontitown

• Jorge Osorio-Franciskuez, 30, of 194 B Bluestem St. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with felony forgery and financial identity fraud. Osorio-Franciskuez was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

Sheriff’s Office

• David Garrison, 18, of 353 S. Washington St. in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. Garrison was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Jason Shackelford, 28, of 10207 Fairview Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony terroristic threatening. Shackelford was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

Accident

Rogers

• Three people were transported with minor injuries after three vehicles collided in Rogers about 1 p.m. on Sunday, according to Sgt. Miles Mason of the Rogers Police Department. Kevin McGee, 60, and Amelia McGee, 56, both of Rogers, and Jennifer Haefner, 19, of Bentonville were taken to Mercy Medical Center. A 39-year-old woman, Shirin Issa of Rogers, was involved, but not transported to the hospital. The accident took place at the intersection of the Pauline Whitaker Parkway and the South off-ramp of Interstate 540.

• A fryer in McDonald’s at 1963 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. caught on fire at 8:26 a.m. Sunday, according to Battalion Chief Brad Hardin of the Fayetteville Fire Department.

• A burglary was reported at 9:43 a.m. Saturday at 1176 S. Nelson Drive.

• A theft was reported at 8:44 p.m. Saturday at 1620 N. Whistling Straits Ave.

• A burglary was reported at 5:39 p.m. Saturday at 1039 E. Bonnie Lane.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 3:09 p.m. Saturday at 1607 N. Timberline Drive.

• A burglary was reported at 2:42 p.m. Saturday at 2256 W. Eiffel Xing.

• A theft was reported at 10:48 a.m. Sunday at 8166 Buona Seva St.

• A theft was reported at 7:40 p.m. Saturday at the Jones Center, 922 E. Emma Ave.
