BELLA VISTA — The Property Owners Association’s board and the City Council will have a special meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday to discuss stricter enforcement for common aesthetic and property complaints reported in the community.
Tommy Bailey, association general manager, said at the board’s July work session the association receives multiple complaints each week from members about unkempt yards and the issue appears to be a growing trend, according to a news release.
Bailey said it seems the best option is for the city to adopt some ordinances regarding aesthetics, which it doesn't have.
The meeting, open to the public, will be in the Board Meeting Room at the Bella Vista Country Club, 98 Clubhouse Drive.
