CENTERTON — The Bentonville School District millage election will be discussed at a Coffee with the Mayor event on Saturday.
The coffee will start at 9 a.m. at City Hall, 290 N.Main St.
Mayor Bill Edwards and other elected officials will discuss the millage election set for Sept. 17. The 2.9-mill tax increase would raise about $74.7 million for construction of a high school on Gamble Road in Centerton if approved by voters.
Upcoming city projects that are in the works also will be discussed, according to a news release.
Coffee and doughnuts will be served. Everyone is welcome.
