Rogers Planning Commissioners will meet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers at City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut St.
Agenda items include:
• A request from RARE Hospitality International Inc., doing business as LongHorn Steakhouse, for a private club conditional use permit for 2206 S. Promenade Blvd. The site is zoned highway commercial.
• The large-scale development plan for the Arkansas Music Pavilion, 5078 Northgate Road, a highway commercial and condominium zone.
• The preliminary plat for Hidden Acres, between 45th Street and Park Lane. Doug Gibson, executive broker at Crye-Leike Realtors is listed as the owner of the 5.26 acre subdivision. The plat shows six homes on the site. The property is zoned residential single family.

Rogers Planning Commissioners will meet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers at City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut St. The preliminary plat for Grand Pointe subdivision on the southwest corner of Shores Avenue and Mount Herbron Road. Mike Pennington, Gateway Homes LLC, is the property developer. The subdivision is to have 67 lots for houses and one lot for a stormwater runoff detention pond.
