Arrests Fayetteville
Crystal Mitchell, 27, of 318 Newell Drive in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony fraud or deceit to procure narcotics, financial identity fraud and violation of probation/ suspended sentence. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Saturday.
Demetrius Shelley, 30, of 2660 W. Wedington Drive was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of firearm by certain persons.
He also faces a possible parole violation. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.
Nathan Wist, 32, of 779 W. Ash St. was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault on a family or household member,third-degree domestic battery, interference with emergency communication and violation of probation/suspended sentence, along with misdemeanor failure to appear. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,660 bond Saturday.

Markel Eubanks, 21, of 1341 Colonel Hawthorne Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft by receiving, along with misdemeanor no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and expired vehicle license.
He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $750 bond Saturday.

Jerry Strode, 58, of 17297 Bethlehem Road in Winslow was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of firearm by certain persons and disorderlyconduct. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.
Mark Rogers, 33, of 715 Clark St. in Goodland, Kan., was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft of property and misdemeanor failure to appear. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $4,160 bond Saturday.
Benjamin Franklin, 48, of 116 S. Summit St. in Helena was arrested Friday in connection with felony failure to pay child support. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond Saturday.
