Manslaughter Charges Dropped

Washington County prosecutors dropped the charges against a man arrested in May after a fight outside a bar resulted in a death.

Steven Hall should have been minding his own business if it was just an argument. If a couple raises there voice in an argument it is no reason for a stranger to jump in and assault someone. I think the guy likes to fight from what I read in the press and this was an opportunity to prove himself a bad @$$ to the people watching. Maybe if he did face charges he might change his mentality.
