Rogers' planning commissioners met Tuesday and approved:
• A request from Gateway Homes to rezone 29.6 acres west of Mount Hebron Road and south of Shores Avenue, from agriculture to residential single family with four units per acre.
• A request from Alfredo Romero to rezone 2.2 acres at 2303 S. Eighth St. from light industrial to highway commercial.
• Development plans for Pinnacle West at 2204 and 2206 S. Promenade Blvd.
