Shelter to Offer Free Spay, Neuter Services

The Animal Shelter will offer free spay and neuter services three days in February and March, according to a city news release.

This is a very good step in the right direction and for those that don't know, Arkansas State Law Requires Shelters and Rescues to Spay & Neuter the the animals adopted unless they are to young or for some health issues.
