Fugitive is focus of Arkansas hunt

State, local and federal authorities were combing the rural Dyer-Mulberry area during Tuesday’s storms for a Virginia man wanted in Georgia on charges ranging from obstruction of justice, forgery and larceny to assault on a police officer.
