Arrests Benton County Sheriff’s Office • Nicholas Jacob Harper, 26, of 3 Violet Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with four counts of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. Harper was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set. Fayetteville
