Gov. Bobby Jindal, R-La., called on the GOP to “recalibrate the compass of conservatism” in his keynote address at the Republican National Committee’s winter meeting in Charlotte, N.C., adding in prepared remarks that the party doesn’t need to change its values but “might need to change just about everything else we do.”
