• Mark David Mitchell, 29, of 60041 Overland Drive in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with revocation of suspended sentence or probation. Mitchell was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Kari Anne Riggins, 26, of 2058 S. Maestri in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Riggins was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Anthony James Smith, 47, of 907 S. B St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with a parole violation. Smith was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Anthony William Farriester, 39, of 16594 Ross Road in Sulphur Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with revocation of suspended sentence or probation. Farriester was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Timothy Jay Cates, 21, of 735 N. C St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony failure to appear. Cates was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• James Gerale Dupont, 52, of 410 E. Ridge Road in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit substance. Dupont was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Zacharie Tyler Deal-Rogers, 23, of 1015 Ash Drive in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with four counts of breaking or entering, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, residential burglary, theft by receiving, three counts of theft of property lost, mislaid, delivered by mistake and three counts of theft of property.

• Ricky Wayne Myers, 33, of 212 Champion Hills Drive in Berryville was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, distribution near certain facilities and habitual offender. Myers was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jose Manuel Salas, 34, of 121 Veteran’s Parkway in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Salas was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Justin Earl Serna, 25, of 2520 E. Battlefield Blvd. Apt. 4 was arrested Thursday in connection with filing a false report of criminal wrongdoing. Serna was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jason Allen Stewart, 40, of 10432 Missouri E in Pineville, Mo., was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by receiving. Stewart was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• John Anthony Botson, 19, of 2520 Battlefield Blvd. No. 4 was arrested Wednesday in connection with revocation of a suspended sentence or probation, second-degree assault on a family member and terroristic threatening in the first degree. Botson was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Levi Campbell, 29, of 2326 Cornwell Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, violation of implied consent, failure to stop or yield, no tail light, improper turn and possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,985 bond Thursday.

Siloam Springs

• Christy Lynn Tusing, 35, of 516 Newlin Ave. in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with misdemeanor failure to appear and two felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Tusing was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with bond set at $700 on the misdemeanor and no bond was set concerning the felonies.

• Jill Flower Boyd, 41, of 1464 Boxley Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Boyd was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with a $50,000 bond set.

• Brian Daniel Ward, 35, of 3 Stretford Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Wednesday in connection with terroristic threatening in the first degree and third degree assault on a family or household member. Ward was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jose Gallegos-Torez, 40, of 2009 Circle Road in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Thursday.

• Brian Osborne, 48, of 2815 N. 56th St. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony theft of property. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

• Richard Chamberlain, 29, of 1918 W. Bunker in Harrison was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

• Marquez Beasley, 26, of 1542 Greenland Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony residential burglary and theft of property. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond Thursday.

• Austin Wycoff, 19, of 14389 Mountain View Road in Elkins was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony terroristic threatening, along with third-degree domestic battery. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Thursday.

• Antonio Freeman, 39, of 211 St. Johns St. in Clarksville, Tenn., was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to pay child support and violation of probation/suspended sentence. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Thursday.

• A 54-year-old woman was taken to Mercy Medical Center after a car accident Wednesday morning at 13th Street and Hudson Road.

Fayetteville

• Police investigated an attempted robbery at 1791 N. Pine Crest Ave. about 4:40 a.m. Thursday. According to a 911 report, the caller told police a man wearing dark clothes and a black bandana over his face tried to kick open the door. He was reportedly armed with a black pistol. The man wasn’t able to enter the home and fled the scene, according to the report.

Rogers

• A Castle Rental and Pawn employee reported Wednesday theft of a MacBook from 1213 W. Walnut St.. A person rented the laptop, then pawned it at Big Brothers Pawn Shop.

• A rental car was reported stolen from Embassy Suites, 3303 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway. The car was a black 2012 Nissan Maxima, Debbie Schulman told police Wednesday.

• Jeannie Hickman told police Wednesday cars in the driveway at 1316 W. Cypress St. the night before were parked in the street the next morning and it appeared someone attempted to steal them. A Honda Accord was towed from the residence.

• Theft of a credit card from Springdale used inside the Rogers city limits was reported by Chris Roderick on Wednesday.

• Theft of prescription narcotics was reported at New Hope Health and Rehabilitation, 1149 W. New Hope Road, on Wednesday.
