The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s weekly waterfowl report: NORTHEAST ARKANSAS DAVE DONALDSON BLACK RIVER WMA Hunters using Canal Access at the northeast corner of Lake Ashbaugh are encouraged to prepare for launching in the upper parking lot and expeditiously use the lower lot for launching purposes to avoid congestion.
