Gov. Sam Brownback, a Kansas Republican who has signed several anti-abortion measures during his first two years in office, told a crowd of fellow abortion opponents at a rally outside the Kansas Statehouse to mark the 40th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision to continue the fight, adding: “There’s joy in what you’re doing and keep it up. Keep marching. Keep moving.” David Cunningham, 22, was arrested in Clarksville, Tenn., and charged with public intoxication over accusations that he was stumbling around a woman’s yard, repeatedly yelling “zombies,” police said.
