Jason Andreozzi, who police said was riding a camel down the streets of Park City, Utah, as attendees of the Sundance Film Festival packed the town, was cited for obstructing traffic and issued a warning for handing out fliers to promote a movie he directed that didn’t make it into the festival lineup.
