Board Changes Mind On Assessment Increase

The Property Owners Association board did an abrupt about face Thursday and rescinded last week’s decision to ask members for an assessment increase.

I believe Mr. Heath might be wrong. What everyone would receive for the higher assessment would be keeping the golf courses in good shape so the golfers would be happy.

Us non golfers have never received anything for our assessment fee, unless you call having someone telling us what color we can paint our house a benefit.Everything we get has an additional user fee. The Bella Vista POA is very user unfriendly and in Bella Vista's case obsolete and no longer needed.
