Cory Alexander Scroggs, 19, of 8115 Pine Lane in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with harassing communications and sexual indecency with a child. Scroggs was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

Tony William Harris, 27, of 115 North Drive in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft of property, continuing criminal enterprise, criminal impersonation in the first degree, forgery in the second degree, obtaining a controlled substance by false pretenses or theft, parole violation and possession of a controlled substance. Harris was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bella Vista

Edward Leon Hanks, 20, of 4 Penrith was arrested Wednesday in connection with rape. Hanks was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

Antonio Magana, 34, of 1022 Tulipan St. in Elsa, Texas, was arrested Wednesday in connection with sexual assault in the second degree. Magana was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jonathan Jose Mendoza, 18, of 1401 Joye St. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to appear. Mendoza was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Keith Blanchard, 43, of Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Wednesday.

Jessica Snider, 34, of 824 Daisy Lane was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, along with misdemeanor failure to appear. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,225 bond Thursday.

Alvis Watkins, 32, of 626 Betty Jo Drive was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

Lincoln

Michael Treaster, 33, of 119 N. Carter Ave. in Lincoln was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony second-degree battery. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

Springdale

Reginald Griggs, 51, of 1394 W. Sunset Ave. was arrested in connection with felony possession of 0.5 grams methamphetamine and violation of probation. Police said Griggs tossed away a bag of meth when questioned. Griggs was scheduled to be moved to the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday to await a bond hearing.

Kenneth Bryant, 29, of 1119 I St. in Little Rock was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Wednesday.

Steven Delgadillo, 41, of 1400 Crutcher Road in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony theft by receiving. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Wednesday.

Michael Wilson, 42, of 14425 Wallen Mountain Road in West Fork was arrested Wednesday in connection with violation of implied consent, driving while intoxicated and violation of probation/suspended sentence. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Thursday.

Tracy Bowlin, 52, 188 E. 552 North in Shoshone, Idaho, was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

Tabitha Jeffery, 30, of 16679 Carefree Lane in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with felony failure to pay child support. She was in the Washington Count Detention Center on $3,500 bond Thursday.

Identity theft involving a debit card was reported Wednesday by Darryl Wagoner from 2900 N. Second St.

A broken windshield was reported by Brit Singleton at Rogers High School, 2300 S. Dixieland, on Wednesday.

Criminal mischief including a damaged windshield was reported by Antonia Garcia, 2306 S. 17th Place, on Wednesday.

Brianna Dallman at Kum & Go, 2400 W. Hudson Road, reported a broken rear vehicle window on Wednesday.

Brittany James reported Wednesday a burglary at 2104-C Kim Ave.

Daniel Mathias reported Thursday a break-in at 2732 Ponchartrain St.
