100 YEARS AGO Jan. 16, 1913 The suit of G. L. Grant against Speaker Joe Hardage to test the validity of Amendment No. 13, which virtually limits the session of the legislature to 60 days, probably will come before Chancellor Martineau within the next day or two for argument. It will go to the Supreme Court at once, regardless of the way in which it will be decided, and an effort will be made to have the case advanced on the calendar in the Supreme Court.
