Winter weather closes schools, businesses across state

A second round of wintry weather is causing schools and businesses in the Little Rock metro area and in other parts of the state to close early Tuesday.
Shortly before 11 a.m., the Little Rock School District announced its schools would be closing. Elementary schools will close at 11:30, and the middle and high schools will close at 12:45, the district said on its Facebook page.
Other districts and businesses have announced closings within the hour as well. Click here to see a continually updated list of weather-related closings.
