Patriots move on without tight end

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski (right) attempts to catch a pass in front of Houston Texans linebacker Barrett Ruud during the first half Sunday in Foxborough, Mass. The pass fell incomplete and Gronkowski was injured on the play and did not return. Gronkowski missed five regular-season games with a broken left forearm.
The New England Patriots have done just fine without Rob Gronkowski.
