Information is from state Health Department records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service food store inspections unless otherwise noted.

No written record of when sushi items are made or put on display in buffet. Emergency Health Services will work with staff to explain requirements in native Chinese language. Core violations: Floor in kitchen is not easily cleanable. Areas with tiles have eroded grout and are missing tiles. Areas that are concrete are rough with a gravel-like texture that is difficult to clean. The plumbing in the three-compartment sink empties to floor drain.
