David Gregory, a journalist for NBC, won’t face charges for displaying on Meet the Press an ammunition magazine that could hold up to 30 rounds, District of Columbia prosecutors said, adding that criminal charges wouldn’t serve the public’s interests even though possession of the high-capacity magazine was against local gun laws.
