James Holmes, accused in the fatal shooting rampage in Aurora, Colo., had seen a psychiatrist at the University of Colorado at Denver. The type of mental-health professional Holmes visited was incorrectly described in a New York Times article Tuesday about the first day of the preliminary hearing in the case against him.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. employees hired before February 2012 who work at least 24 hours per week are eligible for company benefits, including health insurance coverage. Part time workers hired after that date must work at least 30 hours per week to be eligible for benefits. A story in Friday’s editions about Wal-Mart’s providing a $670,000 grant to help Arkansas officials and private insurers track health-care costs incorrectly described Wal-Mart’s benefit eligibility policies.
