Arrests

Gabriela Garcia, 34, of 611 W. Oak St. in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with endangering welfare of a minor in the second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Garcia was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Todd Douglas Bucher, 19, of 4404 N.E. Hudson St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bucher was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

George Wesley Smith, 47, of 13310 Prichard Road in Gravette was arrested Thursday in connection with felony failure to appear. Smith was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Clinton Williams, 41, of 2199 Wolf Creek Drive was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia, along with misdemeanor reckless driving and two counts of failure to appear. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,000 bond Friday.

Gravette

Stephanie Renee Parris, 28, of Gravette was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Parris was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jason Allen Russell, 28, of 1188 Carlton Lane in Kansas, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Russell was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Johnson

Jessica Gamblin, 31, of 505 Dyer St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with felony breaking or entering, along with misdemeanor theft of property and second-degree criminal mischief. She was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $1,300 bond Friday.

Springdale

William Clinkscale, 21, of 2611 Casey Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of 0.4 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and misdemeanor possession of 3.4 grams of marijuana. Police said drugs were found during a traffic stop. Clinkscale was in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday in lieu of a $1,500 bond.

Dwight D. Liggett, 36, of 1854-A Orchard St. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony parole violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor fleeing and Washington County warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court. Liggett was in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday in lieu of $200,000 bond and a parole violation.

Alma Trujillo, 29, of 2283 E. Robinson Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with a felony warrant for absconding, a Washington County warrant for failure to appear, a misdemeanor Fayetteville warrant for failure to pay fines and costs and a Rogers warrant. Trujillo remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday in lieu of $150,000 bond.

Christopher Sutphin, 36, of 2200 E. Mountain Road No. L-205 was arrested in connection with felony third-degree battery and a Prairie Grove misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines and costs. Police said Sutphin hit a relative. Sutphin was in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $3,527 bond.

Robin Mason, 38, of 305 E. Rodgers St. in Lincoln was arrested Friday in connection with felony rape, first-degree sexual assault, second-degree battery and terroristic threatening. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

Taylor McBride, 22, of 10 Boyne Mountain Place in Angel Fire, N.M., was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Friday.

Rachel Billingsley, 19, of 1110 Hollis Special Road in New Edinburg was arrested Friday in connection with felony continuing criminal enterprise and forgery. She was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Saturday.

A truck and a school bus collided at Eighth Street and Pleasant Grove Road on Thursday. Only one student was on the bus at the time.
