Josephy Leroy Brandfas, 42, of 8326 Eaglecrest Drive in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with a misdemeanor and felony failure to appear and obstructing governmental operations. Brandfas was being held with no bond set for the failure to appears and a $1,000 bond for the obstructing charge.

Gary Osburn, 57, wasarrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and terroristic threatening in the first degree. Osburn was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Shelby R. Keen, 28, of 2646 Julio Road was arrested Thursday in connection with felony forgery, theft by receiving and misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit card. Police said Keen used a stolen credit card to make a purchase at Walmart.
Keen was in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $103,500 bond.

Thomas Bednarski, 22, of 828 E. Peel St. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connectionwith felony theft by receiving and misdemeanor possessing instruments of crime. Bednarski was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,910 bond Thursday.

Ronald Mesch, 31, of 481 Halleck Coach Road in Centerton was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mesch was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.
Jerry Daggett, 50, of 406 W. Thurman St. in Prairie Grove was arrested Thursday in connection with felony residential burglary. Daggett was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Thursday.
Tommy Davis, 37, of 13844 Southridge Road in Garfield was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to pay child support.
Davis was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Thursday.
