• Thomas Preston Barrett, 39, of Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Barrett was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Johnny Eugene Hester, 59, of 13606 Hogeye Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to appear and theft of leased, rented or entrusted personal property. Hester was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with a $2500 bond set.

• Shelby Rose Keen, 28, of 2646 Julio Road in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to appear, forgery in the first degree, forgery in the second degree, delivery of a controlled substance, theft by receiving and theft of property. Keen was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Richard Guzman Rodriquez Jr., 22, of 2492 Saddle Brook Court Apt. 101 in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with communication devices, delivery of a controlled substance and theft of property. Rodriquez was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Scott Duane Lee, 28, of 921 Park St. in Pryor, Okla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear, criminal impersonation in the second degree, eight counts of forgery in the first degree, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and possession of a controlled substance. Lee was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with a $7,500 bond set.

• Buckey James Murphy, 36, of 496 N. Spring in Centerton was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear. Murphy was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Brian John White, 39, of 14541 It’ll Do Road in Pea Ridge was arrested Tuesday in connection with a parole violation. White was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jonathan Michael Higgins, 22, of 9737 Kingston Lane in Neosho, Mo., was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault, aggravated assault on a family or household member, carrying a weapon and domestic battering in the third degree. Higgins was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Bailey Nicole Burrow, 25, of 11796 Stage Coach Road in Gravette was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of services. Burrow was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

• Raul Trejo, 22, of Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with sexual assault in the fourth degree and a parole violation. Trejo was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Terrie Lynn Martin, 33, of 812 N. Mount Olive was arrested Wednesday in connection with a parole violation. Martin was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Shane Timmons, 25, of 3601 Scott Lane was arrested Tuesday in connection with a federal felony warrant. Timmons remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday on a hold for federal court.

Accident

Rogers

• Two people were hospitalized after an impaired driver backed into the road at Eighth and Mulberry streets Tuesday, said Keith Foster, Rogers Police Department spokesman. Ronald Casebolt was heading north on Eighth Street in a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am when James Taylor backed into traffic in a 2009 Honda Civic, colliding with Casebolt’s vehicle. Two passengers in Casebolt’s vehicle were hospitalized. Taylor was cited for failing to yield and driving while intoxicated, Foster said.

• Christopher Hobbie reported Tuesday a burglary at 601 W. Easy St. A tablet and a safe containing identity documents, family photos and $110 were stolen.

• Jim Fughee, 803 E. Eastview St., reported Tuesday identity theft after a credit card was used without permission.

Springdale

• David Bevard reported Tuesday a burglary at Gemini Rentals, 1705 Lowell Road.

• Derek Anderson reported Wednesday a break-in in the Walmart parking lot, 2004 S. Pleasant St.

• Nick Lawson reported Wednesday a break-in at 503 Ewalt Ave.
