Talk about a bunch of cheap people. to reduce the Seven Hills amount by 50,000 wow you could have helped so many more people but the Cheap city council of Springdale chose to be CHEAP CHEAP. So much for helping the people that need it. the Homeless. I have lost total respect for you jake legs. I will disuss this in person when I see some of you at the local gossip holes you hangout at. Good job at making Springdale look like a bunch of total JERKS.
