• Juan Luis Barrios, 25, of 3149 Read Ave. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

• Dakota Cole Blackburn, 19, of 302 Katherine Drive in Columbia, Mo., was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

• Gary Lynn McNabb, 60, of 8813 McClain Road in Parks was arrested Monday in connection with rape. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

• Jack Nanney, 40, of 901 S. Oak Hill in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with terroristic threatening in the first degree. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

• Michael Lee Prather, 40, of 1530 Silent Grove Road in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with domestic battering in the second degree. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

• Casey Lynn Ruiz, 42, of 823 S. 28th St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with breaking or entering and theft of property. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

• Zachery Robert Wilson, 25, of 1 Oakley Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance and failure to appear. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

• Stormy H. Witcher, 28, of 8300 Brady Hoff Road in Decatur was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

• Elijah Thomas Tobey, 18, of 305 N.W. H St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with breaking or entering, criminal mischief and terroristic threatening in the first degree. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

Rogers

• Candalea Wilson, 49, of 1809 Connor St. in Joplin, Mo., was arrested Tuesday in connection with forgery in the second degree. She was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

Little Flock

• Justin Shane Davidson, 22, of 5325 N. Oak St. in Bethel Heights was arrested Monday in connection with battery in the third degree, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, residential burglary, resisting arrest and trespassing. He was being held at the Benton County Jail on Tuesday with no bond set.

Springdale

• Velinna C. Landrum, 20, of 703E Union Drive was arrested Monday in connection with felony terroristic threatening. Police said Landrum threatened an Arkansas Support Network representative. Landrum was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Accidents

Rogers

• Traffic was routed around an accident scene Tuesday morning after a Rogers man ran a red light and drove a scooter into the side of a pickup, said Keith Foster, public information officer. At 8:35 a.m. Maria Soto, 47, was driving a 1999 Chevrolet pickup south on Dixieland Road and Victor Martinez, 25, was riding a 2012 Honda scooter west on Olive Street. Martinez ran the red light and hit the driver’s side of Soto’s vehicle, Foster said. Martinez was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville by ambulance. He was cited for no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and disobeying the traffic device, Foster said.

• Medics were called to treat a 60-year-old woman after a 1994 Honda and a Chrysler Town & Country van collided at 26th Street and Pleasant Grove Road.

• Burglary and the theft of prescription medication was reported at 2605 W. Olive St. by Aaron Wellesley on Monday.

• A theft was reported at 719 W. Walnut St. on Monday.

• A vehicle break-in was reported at 508 N. Dixieland Road by Daria Sanchez on Monday. A GPS was taken from a Ford pickup.

• Tammy Esco reported Tuesday a burglary at 3463 Remington St
