Fayetteville

-Alyceson Douglas, 23, of 4211 N. Stonecreek Heights, was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. She was being held in the Washington County jail Monday with no bond set.

Lincoln

-Cheryle Cooper, 42, of 713 N. West Ave., was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held in the Washington County jail Monday with no bond set.

Rogers

-Arcadio Flores, 52, of 2214 W. Wood St. in Rogers, was arrested Monday in connection with rape and sexual abuse in the second degree. Flores was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

-Steven L. Kohlman, 26, of 1103-B Christian Ave. in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony third degree domestic battering, violation of probation or a suspended sentence, misdemeanor third degree endangering the welfare of a minor and second degree domestic assault. Police said Kohlman kicked a plate that hit his child. Kohlman was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of $7,500 bond.

-Johnny Allen King, 49, of 310-B Caudle Ave. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with felony failure to register as a sex offender and misdemeanor violation of probation. Police said King did not report that he had moved to Springdale. King was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

-A stolen license plate was reported Sunday at 719 S. 23rd St., by Manuel Manzanera.

-A car with its back window broken out was reported by Brittney Harkson, 2424 S. 15th St.

-A broken back windshield was reported Sunday at 3101 S. 28th Place by William Waterhouse.

-Theft of a child’s playhouse was reported Sunday by Dwayne Shields, 1504 S. Heritage Circle.

-Theft of a debit or credit card at 201 W. Hudson Road was reported Friday by Stephanie Clowers.

-Theft of a cellphone at Walmart, 2110 W. Walnut St., was reported Friday by Jordan Estes.

Springdale

-Employees of O’Brien Transportation, 1405 Ingram St., and Peterson Automotive and Electric, 1750 Ingram St., reported Sunday the breaking or entering of vehicles or fenced yards at those businesses.

-Shirley Jaremillo reported Sunday a burglary at Traveler’s Gifts, 1611 N. Thompson St.
