Report: Drugs Found During Booking

— A Fayetteville woman being booked Saturday into the Washington County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges now faces felony drug charges.

Police reportedly found a bottle of Oxycodone pills, a syringe and metal spoon in a body cavity while Erin Maglothin was being booked into the Washington County Detention Center.

Maglothin, 31, of 2738 White Oak Road faces charges in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police report she also had a ledger containing several numbers and names of doctors and prescriptions.

Maglothin was initially taken to the jail in connection with misdemeanor criminal trespass, criminal mischief and public intoxication.

According to a report, Maglothin was with Mashango Henington, 37, of 1950 N. Monitor in Springdale in a motel room and refused to answer the door when police knocked on the door. Police had been called to the motel in reference to drug activity.

Maglothin and Henington were being held Sunday at the Detention Center. Henington was being held in connection with misdemeanor criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
