LITTLE ROCK — A man died Saturday in Hot Springs after he was stabbed at least once, according to the Hot Springs Police Department.

Officers went to 112 Pansy St. shortly before 11 a.m. and found a man with at least one stab wound lying on a couch, Cpl. McCrary Means said by telephone Saturday. The man died from injuries suffered in the stabbing, he said.

Means did not identify the man, and said he wasn’t sure if his next of kin had been notified of his death.

Officers took one person into custody Saturday for interviews in the case.

Additional information on the stabbing and the person in custody was not available Saturday evening.
