PUBLIC VIEWPOINT Is Swimming The Answer To Problems?

Today, right here in Northwest Arkansas, we have a gathering of intelligent professionals who passionately want to fix this “shoot them up” problem that has been plaguing our schools for many years. This is definitely a mental health problem, a problem of rage against self and others.
