• Shannon Miller, 41, of 18423 Miller Road in Winslow was arrested Friday in connection with felony failure to pay child support and misdemeanor failure to appear. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,425 bond Friday.

• Lauren Bouwman, 24, of 11700 Giles Road in Farmington was arrested Thursday in connection with felony financial identity fraud and theft of property. She was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 Thursday.

• A 64-year-old man was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale on Friday after a collision at 11:47 a.m. between a 1997 GMC van and a 2012 GMC pickup at 3580 Carley Road. The name and condition of the man, who was bleeding when the ambulance arrived, was not available Friday afternoon.
