Benton County Judge Bob Clinard cited differences in management styles as the reason he fired Elizabeth Bowen on Wednesday from her job as the county’s general services administrator.

I'm sure Ms Bowen did not have a problem with the terminology that the Judge used when he fired her. It was about time and considering all her past bad judgement calls, she will not be missed. I imagine there was quite a party to celebrate today.
