Arrests

Arkansas Department Of Community Correction

• Michael Loren Nightengale, 24, of 12962 Banks Lane in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with revocation of suspended sentence or probation. Nightengale was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Roy Ernest Ogden, 49, of 325 Vallywood Road in Kansas, Okla., was arrested Wednesday in connection with revocation of suspended sentence or probation. Ogden was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

• Tamra D. Roller, 31, of 1239 E. Harris Road in Pea Ridge was arrested Tuesday in connection with terroristic threatening in the first degree. Roller was being held Wednesday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robert Wayne Thomas, 41, of 1353 Outer Road in Joplin, Mo., was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to appear. Thomas was being held Wednesday at the Benton County Jail on $1,000 bond.

Fayetteville

• Kyle Dobbins, 21, of 2916 Mayberry Lane was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, along with misdemeanor public intoxication, theft of property and theft of services. He also faces charges from another department. Dobbins was in the Washington County Detention Center on $4,000 bond Wednesday.

Siloam Springs

• Gregory Wayne Paulus, 24, of Watts, Okla., was arrested Wednesday in connection with forgery in the second degree, theft by receiving and theft of property. Paulus was being held Wednesday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Roy E. Burrows, 35, of 3166-A Singletree Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony third-degree domestic battery, theft of property and a misdemeanor Rogers warrant. Burrows was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday on a violation or probation or parole.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

• Clint Ross, 33, of 1320 N. Oakland Ave. No. 20 in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony continuing criminal enterprise and forgery, along with misdemeanor failure to appear. Ross was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,060 bond Wednesday.

Accidents

Rogers

• A Nissan Titan and Jeep Cherokee collided near Target, 2404 S. Promenade Blvd., blocking traffic on Bellview Road just after 6 p.m. Monday. The bridge on Bellview was closed briefly.

• A three-vehicle accident at the intersection of Valley West and Walnut Street just before 6:30 p.m. Monday blocked traffic. Two people were reported as injured.

• A car hit the bridge at Promenade Boulevard and Seneca Road at 7 p.m. Monday.

• Police found a car and a sport utility vehicle in the ditch and the grass just west of Stoney Brook Road at the intersection of Dodson Road and Casey Drive about 7:25 p.m. Monday.

Fire

Benton County

• Lowell firefighters extinguished a flue fire shortly before 6 p.m. Tuesday at 5475 Colvin Place in Benton County. The fire was contained to the flue and did not damage the house, according to a fire report. The owners were home when the blaze was discovered, and no one was injured.

Fayetteville

• Fayetteville firefighters responded to 837 W. Lawson St. Apt. 109 for a report of a kitchen fire at 12:08 p.m. No one was home when the fire started, according to Fayetteville Battalion Chief Mauro Campos. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Fire Marshal’s Office.

Police

Bentonville

• Officers responded to an alarm at 2400 S.E. C St. at 7:27 a.m. Tuesday. A window in the back of the building was broken and the window screen was cut, according to a police report. No one entered the building.

Fayetteville

• Five air conditioning units were reported stolen Dec. 31 from a local business plaza, 3422 N. College Ave., according to a Fayetteville dispatch report. Air conditioning units were reported stolen from McNaughton Real Estate, Vintage Church, Allied Technology and a vacant suite.

Rogers

• Dalton Brady, 800 E. Post Road, reported Monday a lost or stolen wallet and $600 missing.

Springdale

• An employee of Jones Elementary, 900 Powell St., reported Wednesday a burglary at the school.
