Arrests

Washington County

Sheriff’s Office

• Robert Boyd, 46, of 1464 Boxley in Fayetteville is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in connection with felony failure to register as a sex offender. No bond was set.

• Justin Higgins, 29, of 810 Crestwood St. in Springdale is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in connection with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance; felony fleeing; and two counts of violating probation or a suspended sentence. No bond was set.

• Nicholas Berry, 20, of 200 Indianhead Cove, Sherwood, Ark., was being held Monday in Washington County Detention Center on two counts of felony violating probation or a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $2,500.

Rogers

• Ronnie Gene Brewer, 27, of 804 N. 16th St. in Rogers, was arrested Monday in connection with parole violation. He was being held Monday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Justin Wade Sooter, 32, of 15978 Oklahoma 116 in Colcord, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. He was being held Monday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Caleb Thomas, 21, of 1120 Plantation Drive East in Heber Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor shoplifting. Police said a syringe filled with meth was found on Thomas after Walmart employees reported him as a shoplifting suspect. Thomas was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday awaiting a bond hearing.

• An injury accident blocked the road at Pleasant Ridge Road and Pleasant Ridge Drive on Saturday.

w An injury accident left debris scattered across the road near 2084 S. Eighth St. on Saturday.

• A chimney or flue fire was reported at 1203 W. Banz Road on Friday.

Police

Fayetteville

• Song Hongzhao reported the theft at 9 p.m. Sunday of a computer, passport and other items from an apartment at 763 W. Rainbow in Fayetteville.

Rogers

• Several thousand dollars of copper tubing was stolen from Rite-Temp, 1704 S. First St., in a burglary, Robert Kirk reported early Monday.

• A safe was stolen from 3804 W. Locust St., Grant Stelwagon reported Sunday.

• Theft of a lawn mower was reported from 809 W. Magnolia St. by Lisa Clark on Sunday.

• Locks on a shed and detached garage were cut and a lawn mower, blower and pressure washer stolen from 315 S. Promenade, Andrew Godfrey reported on Friday.

• More than $700 was charged to a stolen credit card, Mathew Burns, 802 E. Marietta Court, reported Friday.

• Theft of copper wire was reported by Lindsey Co. at 1315 N. 13th St., on Friday.

• Chris Hunnington reported Sunday a burglary at 3252 Hillview Court.

• Randall Slaughter reported Sunday a burglary at 1502-A Oriole St.
