Mayflower ex-chief admits to tampering

Former Mayflower Police Chief Billy Paul Baker pleaded guilty Wednesday to a misdemeanor charge of tampering with a public record.

I find it interesting that Baker can no longer be a law enforcement officer in Arkansas, for forging a training document. In February 2010, Officer Coleman Brackney, of the Bella Vista PD, shot and killed James Ahern, after a high speed chase. He was able to still be a law enforcement officer in Arkansas, after serving 30 days in jail and paying $1000 fine. Just saying.
