Drug Task Force

• Brian Howell, 52, of 8 S. Hill Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Tuesday.

• Alberto Giarratana, 36, of 1769 N. Monitor Road in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor driving left of center. He also faces a possible parole violation. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $145 bond Tuesday.

• Lukas Ogrady, 24, of 232 Huntsville Road was arrested Monday in connection with felony residential burglary, theft of property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, along with misdemeanor failure to appear and obstructing governmental operations. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $6,765 bond Tuesday.

Springdale

• Juan M. Ayala, 18, of 706 Woodridge Drive, and Jesus G. Tiburico, 18, of Orchard Apartments No. 203 were arrested Tuesday in connection with felony residential burglary, commercial burglary and theft of property. Ayala and Tiburico were scheduled to be moved to the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday to await a bond hearing.

• Skyler Darling, 20, of 2126 Orchard St. Apt. 8 in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony leaving the scene of an accident with injury. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

• An accident at the intersection of Sunset Avenue and Thompson Street at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday sent a 50-year-old woman to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale. The woman was a passenger in a white 2002 GMC truck that collided with a white van. A caller told police the woman had facial lacerations. Names of those in the accident and the condition of the woman were not available.

• Paul Ramon, 711 E. Hardwood Drive, reported Monday theft of a laptop.

• The theft of a clarinet was reported Monday at Greer Lingle Middle School, 901 N. 13th St.

• Employees arriving at a business at 200 S. 24th St. called police Monday after finding a door broken in at 6:45 a.m.

• Colleen Bowan reported broken windows at 2210 S. Old Wire Road, a vacant house. The windows could have been broken with rocks, Bowan told police.

• An employee of First Federal Bank, 3300 W. Sunset Ave., reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill.
