At A Glance
Arkansas law provides that an appeal of a decision by a county planning board can be heard by a panel appointed by the county judge. An appeals panel can uphold a decision, reverse it or send it back to the planning board for further consideration. An applicant dissatisfied with the appeals board’s decision may appeal that decision to circuit court.
