Te’o struggles at combine, running 40 yards in 4.82

Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o ran the 40-yard dash in 4.82 seconds, which placed him 20th out of 26 linebackers at the NFL combine.
Manti Te’o’s first appearance on a football field since the BCS championship game didn’t go as well as planned Monday.
