Bonds Set At $500,000 For Two Rogers Teenagers

Two Rogers men are being held in the Benton County Jail on $500,000 bonds after their arrests on charges of attempted capital murder after police said shots were fired at a vehicle Friday night.

The Charges

Attempted capital murder is punishable with a prison sentence ranging from six to 30 years. The Class B felonies in the case carry a prison sentence ranging from five to 20 years.

...and why did the shooting happen? Do we have a gang connection? I know this paper is afraid to say we have a gang problem as well as the mayors in nw Ar.
