• Christopher William Zerbest, 22, of 1928 S. Ninth St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with felony delivery, possession with intent to deliver or manufacturing with intent to deliver and tampering with physical evidence. Zerbest was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Joseph Leroy Peters, 46, of 70714 E. 366 Lane in Jay, Okla., was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Peters was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set for the felony offense. Peters has a $4,250 bond for two misdemeanors from 2010.

• Christopher Beegle, 31, of 270 Tanzanite Trail was arrested Sunday in connection with felony aggravated assault and domestic battering in the third degree. Beegle was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
Siloam Springs
• Jose Alberto Leiva, 30, of 21024 3 Mile St. was arrested Saturday in connection with felony use or possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Leiva was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
