PUBLIC VIEWPOINT: Critic Way Out Of Bounds

I read the letter by Dale Lange of Bella Vista (Public Viewpoint, Feb. 17). He belittled or talked down to Art Hobson about his beliefs. He thinks Art Hobson is a man with little understanding of anything he cannot see, feel, or touch. He says he has a small view of life and is living in a box.

He says Mr. Hobson dreams of individual desires of powerful men and a chaotic world of self interests. Then he goes as far as to say Art Hobsondreams of wanting to live in a place like North Korea.

Shame on Dale Lange.

As a Christian man, he is way out of bounds tossing so much judgment around. He needs to do some serious soul searching because he has a long way to go apparently.

Just because someone doesn’t believe that a supernatural being was the creator of our universe doesn’t mean they are evil or they still can’t love thy neighbor and cherish life itself.

There are many of us who struggle with how the world really began and how we fi t into it. Many of the people we see at our churches, work and the store are still non-believers, but they are still good people.

Also don’t forget about our freedoms. We are free to believe whatever we feel in our heart is right.

Thanks to all veterans for sacrificing so much. I know freedom is far from free.
