Arrests

4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

-Gerald Keck, 56, of 676 W. Wilson St. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Friday.

Fayetteville

-Cody Gilley, 26, homeless of Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony second-degree battery. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $7,500 bond Friday.

Siloam Springs

-Zachariah Morgan Kain, 29, of 1756 E. Central in Siloam Springs, was arrested Friday in connection with domestic battering in the second degree. Kain was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

-James Chappell, 25, of 5884 Wheeler Road, No. 2, in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Friday.

-Christopher Sisemore, 38, of 12615 Arkansas 59 North in Summers was arrested Friday in connection with felony theft by receiving. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Friday.

Fire

Rogers

-Firefighters were called to an electrical pole on fire near 1208 E. Kara Lane on Thursday. A power company technician disconnected power from the pole and removed the burned portion.

Accident

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

-Washington County deputies assisted Arkansas State Police with a one-car accident on Arkansas 16, near Wedington Woods on Friday. The accident happened just before 2 p.m. One person was airlifted to an area hospital. No other information was available Friday evening

Rogers

-Broken windows were discovered by police patrol Friday at Castor's Car Care, 300 S. First St.; Green Built, 316 S. First St.; 318 S. First St.; 322 S. First St.; 104 W. Walnut St.; Trolley Line Book Shop, 110 W. Walnut St.; and Showcase Trophy & Awards, 112 W. Walnut St.

-Three windows were broken at Rogers Heritage High School, 1114 S. Fifth St., early Friday morning.

-Windows were reported shot out at Ideal Mattress, 702 S. Eighth St.; All-Weather Carrier Air Conditioning and Heating, 705 S. Eighth St.; and Central Windows, 707 S. Eighth St., on Friday.

-A burglary was reported at The Annex, 2922 S. First St., early Friday. Computers were removed from the building.

-A brick was thrown through the window at 4201 W. Arlington Drive, Cindy Switzer told police Friday.

-Scammers impersonating electric company employees were reported Thursday by Maria Sala Riveda, 1100 S. Arkansas St. The scammers told her an electric meter was blocked and she owed money, Riveda told police.
