The trail system would be a centerpiece for the region and functional infrastructure for many NWA residents if it is completed. It looks like Rogers and Fayetteville are in 100%, but Springdale and Lowell don't seem to be doing anything to further the greenway. If they don't do their part, the trail system will be a lot less functional and definitely not regional.

The bridge to nowhere. However the key pieces to this are Bella Vista and Jane, MO. We need a way to the low tax zone in Jane.

Why is the City of Rogers paying $20,000 an acre for land that is in the flood plain? And who are the owners of GM LLC?

The bike trails in this area are a mess. A mile here and there with no continuity. I am al for getting these trails in place, but something smells fishy about $20K an acre without a little transparency about GM LLC.
