Car-Mart to release 3rd-quarter earnings

America’s Car-Mart Inc. will release its fiscal 2013 third-quarter financial results after the stock market closes Monday.
The Bentonville-based buy here, pay here dealer said senior management will hold a conference call at 10 a.m. Tuesday to discuss the results.
A live audio of the conference call will be available to the public by calling (877) 776-4031 about 10 minutes before the call begins.
A replay will be available two hours after the call for 30 days by calling (855) 859-2056, using the conference ID number 97628926. A webcast of the conference call will also be available at www.car-mart.com.
For the second quarter, Car-Mart reported net income for the period of $7.3 million, down from $7.8 million for the same period the year before. Earnings per share dropped to 76 cents, from 77 cents, as revenue totaled $110 million, down from $111 million.
