Panel asks general if ’14 Afghan force too thin

As the U.S. looks to reduce American troops and fund fewer Afghan forces in Afghanistan after 2014, members of Congress are making comparisons to Iraq and predicting that a sharp decline in troops will quickly lead to increased violence and instability.
